Como siempre en estas ocasiones llega la hora de analizar lo que nos ha deparado la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada. La crisis econ\u00f3mica, una recuperaci\u00f3n desigual, el impacto de la rob\u00f3tica e inteligencia artificial sobre el empleo tradicional, el nacimiento de populismos y, como no, la batalla entre el proteccionismo y la globalizaci\u00f3n han sido los ejes m\u00e1s relevantes sobre los que hemos navegado.\n\nEstos hechos han tenido una gran influencia en la comunicaci\u00f3n de los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os, donde se consolida y acaba prevaleciendo la <strong>informaci\u00f3n que quiero frente a la que preciso<\/strong>, dando as\u00ed paso a la infoxicaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de las <em>fake news<\/em>. No solo se trata de c\u00f3mo ha cambiado la forma en la que consumimos la informaci\u00f3n sino tambi\u00e9n del ritmo vertiginoso al que se devora.\n\nHoy, la generaci\u00f3n de los que nacimos entre 1980 y 2000, tambi\u00e9n conocidos como <em>millenials<\/em>, reclamamos un acceso a la informaci\u00f3n inmediato y multiplataforma. En este sentido, Mark Thompson, presidente y CEO del New York Times, afirm\u00f3 la semana pasada que: \u201cla gente no quiere que las cosas sean gratis, quieren que sean f\u00e1ciles\u201d.\n\nEsto es un hecho. Estamos ante la <strong>primera generaci\u00f3n de nativos digitales<\/strong> donde YouTube es el rey y los medios tradicionales han tardado en reaccionar y ha provocado que muchos caigan en desgracia. La facilidad de la que habla Thompson, no deja de tener caracter\u00edsticas positivas pero debe mantenernos alerta ante el peligro de convertirnos en una sociedad c\u00f3moda con dificultades para enfrentarse a los retos del ma\u00f1ana.\n<h5><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Los retos que vienen<\/span><\/h5>\n\u00bfY cu\u00e1les son esos retos? Para 2030 se estima que la generaci\u00f3n <em>millenial<\/em> seremos <strong>entre el 70 y el 80% de la fuerza laboral mundial <\/strong>y esto, tambi\u00e9n afecta a las corporaciones. Al hablar de comunicaci\u00f3n no debemos pensar solo en c\u00f3mo los medios de masas se relacionan con la sociedad, sino c\u00f3mo las empresas se adaptan a los nuevos tiempos.\n\nLos <em>millenials<\/em> y la generaci\u00f3n Z, que viene pisando los talones, nos enfrentaremos a nuevos y grandes retos como el medioambiental, adem\u00e1s de dar continuidad a lo avanzado en la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada.
