We are a strategic communications and digital marketing consultancy company that does things in a different way

We are what we do

We know the key elements of communication and how they work. What makes us different is our ability to choose and activate those that are most strategic for our clients at all times. Through social listening and data analysis, but always with critical thinking, we achieve unique combinations that are reflected in tangible results.

We pursue excellence

With more than 50 national and international awards, we are one of the most awarded Spanish agencies in our field. We have won an IPRA Golden World Award on six occasions. The first was in 2004 for a citizen think tank. The latest one was in 2022 for our social research on fake news and hoaxes circulating on social networks.

We are commitment

Founded in 2004 in memory of Alba Torres Carrera, it focuses its activity in childhood,  above all in aspects related with education, health and childrens on risk situations of social exclusion.

The commitment of organizations in the 21st century must be real. We truly believe that a good performance in our activity contributes to improving the world.

At T&C we are committed to our environment, and we do so through three approaches. We develop our CSR through the Alba Torres Carrera Foundation, with which we have been working for nearly 20 years. In addition, we have been members of the UN Global Compact since 2012, of the Spanish Association of Foundations since 2023, and we have launched an innovative initiative to bring regulated CSR closer to SMEs (Real Responsibility).

UN Global Compact

In 2009, Torres y Carrera became a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact, thereby adhering to the 10 principles that guarantee that at least the essential responsibilities in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption are fulfilled.

Three years later, we became a partner of the Global Compact, and in 2014, we were recognized by the organization as a Prescribing Partner for our commitment to disseminating the values on which it is based.

You can view our annual Global Compact reports here.
Real Responsibility

Real Responsibility is an initiative launched in 2013 aimed at helping the preparation of social and environmental commitment reports for small companies that lack CSR-ESG departments and have no resources to hire suppliers to prepare their Sustainability reports.

Through an online platform, T&C provides the keys to self-assessment and preparation of CSR plans and reports following the GRI, ISO 2600 parameters, and our own Systemic Prospective methodology.

#DóndeEstánEllas

We are a company made up of a majority of women. 90% of our Management Committee is also made up of women. This fact does not exempt us, quite the contrary, from the desire and the right to promote female participation, talent, and expertise.

As part of this objective, we have joined the #DóndeEstánEllas initiative, promoted by the Spanish Office of the European Parliament, which aims to make the presence of women experts in the public sphere more visible, especially as speakers in debates, events, and conferences on European affairs.

With our incorporation, we at T&C commit to promoting women’s participation in public events and to carrying out an internal count, which analyses each year how many women experts have participated as speakers. Likewise, we collaborate in giving visibility to the initiative and encouraging other entities to join it, favoring synergies among them.

We are world citizens

Our vision of communication is global, so -in addition to our network of offices in Madrid, Vigo, Barcelona, Valencia, Lisboa and Mexico City (Torres y Carrera Mexico)- we have operational capacity in Europe, USA, and LATAM through our COMbyCOM network and strategic alliances.
COMbyCOM -Communication by Communicators-
It is an Ibero-American transmedia communication group made up of advertising, marketing, public relations, and digital communication firms. We are present in 10 countries and our aggregate agencies represent sales of more than 12 million euros and more than 120 employees. In 2016, Torres y Carrera led the creation of this communication group to bring together similar ways of interpreting life separated by centuries of political borders. Also, to face a horizon formed by more than 700 million people united by two languages: Portuguese and Spanish. The group is made up of T&C and Ecovigo in Spain, Guess What and Porto de Ideias in Portugal, GWA in Brazil, StreamicsLab in Mexico, Sherpas in Argentina, Martinatto in Uruguay and Elemento in Ecuador.
Torres & Carrera México
In 2022 we reached an agreement with StreamicsLab to establish Torres y Carrera Mexico. With an operational base in CDMX, the new organization incorporates T&C’s consulting experience into its model based on digital intelligence management.
